Young Samurai Karate
Our Young Samurai program focuses on training the body, mind and spirit. Our curriculum focuses on value added educational programs that encompass a board base of adolescent development needs.
The training is "age appropriate" with classes for Little Samurai (ages 5 - 7), Junior Samurai (ages 8 - 10) and Senior Samurai (ages 11 - 13).
The Young Samurai program includes:
Martial Arts & Self-Defense
Students study the martial arts of Japan as part of our Young Samurai karate program.
Fitness & Nutrition
Students participate in aerobics, agility and strength training, coupled with sound education in diet and nutrition.
Personal Safety
Students participate in nationally recognized personal safety and non-violence programs.
Life Skills
Students participate in studies and activities that build character, manners, etiquette and time management.
